Capitol Hill Craftsman

The agent and owners weren’t around, so I got the chance to photograph this listing alone.   Shooting alone at a listing helps me connect to the house a little easier,  and  I feel in love with this house within minutes.  It’s easy to see why.   I stayed a bit longer than I needed to, but it just such a nice place to hang out.

Light filled 1904 Craftsman bungalow with a broad front porch and bucolic backyard opens onto the quiet Grand Army Park ~ a true respite in the midst of bustling Seattle. The well maintained home’s main level features wood wrapped windows that drink in the abundance of greenery and open outdoor space. Updated baths, kitchen w/adjoining family room, oak floors, cozy inglenook and double French doors lead to the flagstone patio and private park like grounds.
