My editor’s in-house virtual staging team designs and models all their own 3D furniture models, ensuring you have unique, modern and high-quality furniture placed in your vacant home photos. Virtual staging is highly cost effective with demand growing quickly.

This is how it works:
You select the previously edited images you want virtually staged, pick out the furniture in the virtual staging catalog you want in the shot and where you want it to go.  I relay your instructions and images to my editors, they come back with a rough draft, I forward the rough draft to you so we can decide if there are any tweaks to the position of the staging, additional instructions are sent back to my editors, and they do the final changes and rendering.  So the entire process can take a few days of back and forth.

To have a room virtually stage for you, please email me your selected images to be virtually staged, and let me know what furniture you would like to be used in each image. For example: 
“Please use BLR-003 for file yourimage.jpeg”. If you have specific ideas on furniture placement, let me now. For example: “Center the dinner table under the hanging light, put the artwork on the left wall, and put the large chairs facing the fireplace.”

I’ll be honest, I’m not a big fan of adding images to TV screens. I often find it distracts from the other features of the room. However, sometimes it’s an improvement, like when it’s a big home theater projection screen. I don’t usually add these screen images unless it’s requested. Please note: I can only use royalty-free images, so no Hollywood movie stills and no pro sports images. I have some royalty-free images of scenery and football/baseball games. This service is $5 per image.

This is a new option for clients who would rather actively select each image they wish to use before I process them.
It’s $50 to set up, and each selected image is $15. There is a minimum of 10 selected images.

It works like this:
After the shoot, I create a web gallery of the raw (unedited) images. The client will be given a link to the gallery and can then select which images they wish to have processed. The gallery contains just the middle exposure of each HDR bracketed shot so it won’t look much like the finished product, but it will give you an idea of the composition and content. I then process and deliver just the images requested. Turnaround depends on when the selections are sent to me. Generally, turnaround would be between 15-24 hours.
