- Invoice is due upon receipt.
- Seattle Home Photography retains copyright to all images.
- Full unlimited non-exclusive usage of all images for a single listing is granted from time of image delivery, to 30 days beyond receipt of invoice.
- If invoice is not paid in full after 30 days of receipt, all image usage is revoked until invoice is fully paid and invoice is subject to late fees of 1.5% per month. Any unlicensed usage of images is subject to fines for copyright violation.
- Upon full payment of invoice, full unlimited non-exclusive usage of images is granted until listing is sold.
- After listing is sold, agent is allowed continued full non-exclusive usage of all images for promotional purposes.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hr of start time) are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
- Seattle Home Photography has the right to require full payment of invoice before any image usage rights are granted.
